We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make checkout as convenient as possible for both retail and wholesale customers.

Currency

We accept pretty much all mainstream currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD, MXN, BRL. If your currency is not listed, please contact support@venusgem.com and we will provide a solution.

How to Pay

You can place orders directly on our website and pay at checkout with PayPal or a credit card. Since VenusGem mainly specializes in custom-made orders, most projects are confirmed through a Proforma Invoice (PI) with our team. After the PI details are confirmed with your customer service contact, you can pay by credit card, T/T (bank transfer), or Alibaba.com Pay.

Credit Card users: Please select "Secure Payment" at checkout and enter your card number, expiration date, CVV, cardholder name, and billing address.

PayPal

PayPal users: Please select "Pay with PayPal" at checkout. You can log in with your PayPal account, or pay safely as a guest if you do not have one.

T/T (Bank Transfer)

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / wire transfer) is commonly used for wholesale and larger orders.

  • Select the bank transfer option shown on your invoice.
  • Our team will confirm the invoice and provide our bank account details (bank name, account name, account number, SWIFT/IBAN).
  • Complete the transfer from your bank; please include the invoice or order number in the payment reference.
  • Bank processing may take a few business days for the payment to arrive. Once confirmed, production is scheduled right away.

Alibaba.com Pay

Alibaba.com Pay is available on request for company accounts (per Alibaba risk-control policy).

  • Place your order and contact support@venusgem.com to request an Alibaba.com Pay link.
  • Our team will generate a secure Alibaba.com Pay payment link for your order.
  • Platform fees may apply, so the total may be higher than other methods.

Solutions to a Failed Checkout

If you are unable to pay with your debit or credit card:

  • Make sure all information is correct, including card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
  • Check your account balance for available funds.
  • Check whether your card is authorized, or whether your online payment limit is too low.
  • Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
  • Try incognito mode or a different browser/device.
  • Create a new order instead of retrying the same one repeatedly.
  • If payment is still declined, contact your bank. Some banks block international payments by default unless approved by the cardholder.

If you are unable to pay with PayPal:

  • Check with PayPal whether your account has a transaction limit.
  • Under PayPal rules, shipping address and billing address should be in the same country.
  • Try incognito mode or a different browser/device.
  • If PayPal still does not work, try paying with your debit or credit card.

At VenusGem, we take your privacy seriously and the payment process is secure.

  • We use an SSL certificate with encryption algorithms to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Your personal details are protected and credit card information is not stored on our servers.
  • Each transaction is verified with the card network, and CVV verification is required before an order is completed.
