Processing & Production Time

Most VenusGem products are made to order. After you place an order or submit a project, our team prepares a Proforma Invoice (PI) that confirms the product details, quantities, pricing, and the production schedule. Production begins only after the PI is confirmed and payment (deposit or balance) is received.

Lead times depend on the order type:

• In-stock items: A small selection of in-stock items can be prepared within 2-5 business days.
• Standard (non-custom) catalog items: Usually ready within 7-15 business days.
• Custom orders: Typically 15-25 days including sample confirmation, depending on design complexity, quantity, and material availability.

Shipping Areas

Our production and fulfillment operations are mainly based in Yiwu, China. Pearls are mainly sourced from Zhuji, China, and some components and accessories come from Guangzhou, China. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping channels, delivery estimates, and customs handling options vary by destination. Shipping Methods

Shipping begins after production and quality inspection are complete. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (tax-free air route where available): Usually the best value for most orders. Typical transit time is around 7-15 business days, depending on destination.
• Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): Faster delivery for urgent orders. Typical transit time is around 3-6 business days, depending on destination.
• Economy Sea Freight: Cost-effective for heavy orders. This option is usually shown only when billing weight reaches the sea-freight minimum for your route (commonly 10kg). Typical transit is around 20-45 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated by destination, selected method, and billing weight. Billing weight is based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Most channels use a first-weight + additional-weight tier model (for example, first 0.9kg then per 0.3kg step), and rates are rounded by tier according to route rules. Final shipping amount is shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once your package is dispatched. You can also view order status in your VenusGem account. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact support and include your order number.

Customs & Duties

Customs and import charges depend on destination country policy and selected route. Some routes may include tax/duty handling, while others may require the consignee to complete customs clearance and pay local charges. We recommend checking your local import policy before ordering.

Notes for Custom & Production Orders

The PI delivery time shown on your invoice is the production time only and does not include sample confirmation.

• You are welcome to use your own shipping agent — we can coordinate with your preferred provider for suitable projects.
• During peak seasons or force-majeure logistics events, production and transit timelines may be extended.
